Paragraph 410:
"Mason CJ, Deane and Gaudron JJ were of the contrary view."
should be amended to read:
"Mason CJ, Deane and Gaudron JJ were of the view that the law was invalid, not because it contravened s 92, but because it infringed the implied freedom of political communication."
