CORRIGENDUM
1. On page 5 paragraph 19 the reference to Pearce D C and Geddes R S, Statutory Interpretation in Australia, 6th ed Sydney: LexisNexis Butterworths, 2006 at [4.31] should read ‘Pearce D C and Geddes R S, Statutory Interpretation in Australia, 6th ed Sydney: LexisNexis Butterworths, 2006 at [4.32]’.
2. On page 5 paragraph 20, first paragraph of the quote from Ombudsman v Laughton (2005) 64 NSWLR 114 (at [18]‑[21]), last sentence - reference to ‘449’ should be ‘440’.
3. On page 6 third paragraph ([20]) of the quote from Ombudsman v Laughton (2005) 64 NSWLR 114 (at [18]‑[21]), which reads:
