REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

1                     Amend Para 3 of the Orders made 12 June 2009, after the sentence "The notice of motion filed 1 May 2009 proposing these amendments stand as the amendments to the claimant application and further service is dispensed with." add the words "However, the applicant may file an amended claimant application within 6 weeks or such other time as the Court may permit".
