CORRIGENDUM
1 On page 11 of the Reasons for Judgment, delete paragraphs 41 and 42 and insert the following:
41 The contraventions of s 45(2)(b)(ii) of the Act are pleaded in [438], which contains 68 sub-paragraphs setting out understandings, the giving effect to which is said to contravene s 45(2)(b)(ii).
