1 In paragraph [7] of the reasons for judgment of 14 April 2009 delete the word ‘at’ in line 12 on page 3, replacing it with the word ‘At’.
2 In paragraph [7] of the reasons for judgment insert the word ‘in’ in line 15 on page 3 after the words ‘that is’ and before the words ‘on a different basis’.
3 In paragraph [7] of the reasons for judgment delete the word ‘parts’ in line 29 on page 3, replacing it with the word ‘paragraphs’.
4 In paragraph [23] of the reasons for judgment insert the word ‘the’ before the words ‘criticisms of’ in line 3.
5 In paragraph [23] of the reasons for judgment delete the words ‘on to’ in line 8, replacing them with the word ‘onto’.
6 In paragraph [23] of the reasons for judgment insert the word ‘just’ before the words ‘proceed this morning’ in line 15.
