CORRIGENDUM
Amendment to the Reasons for Judgment of Ryan J published 9 September 2008:
1. Paragraph 3 of the Orders therein be amended to read:
“3. Each of paragraphs 3, 5 and 9 of the said subpoenas respectively addressed to the ACCC, the CDPP and the AGS be set aside.”
2. Where in paragraph 13 thereof reference is made to the date “21 May 2007”, that date should read “21 May 2001”.
