CORRIGENDUM

1                     Page 6, [21] line 4 of the Reasons for Judgment replace the word “matter” for the word “manner”. 

2                     The sentence should read “That is, that the hearing was conducted in a manner that might give rise to the inference in the mind of a fair-minded lay observer that the Tribunal did not have an open mind on the question of whether she was a Falun Gong practitioner”.
