CORRIGENDA
In the Reasons for Judgment delivered by Justice Goldberg on 9 April 2008, please amend the following.
1. Paragraph [8(c)], page 5, first line
“ARC Strang retired as trustee of The A.R.C. Strang Family Trust and ARC Strang was appointed as the new trustee of the trust;”
after “ARC Strang” at the end of the first line, insert “Australia Pty Ltd” so as to read:
“ARC Strang retired as trustee of The A.R.C. Strang Family Trust and ARC Strang Australia Pty Ltd was appointed as the new trustee of the trust;”
2. Paragraph [8(d)], page 5
“The execution of guarantees.”
should be replaced with:
“A guarantee was given by ARC Strang and Strang Family Superannuation Pty Ltd in favour of ARC Strang.”
