CORRIGENDUM
1. Paragraph 1, third line – “The Tribunal had affirmed a decision of a delegate …” should be amended to read “The Tribunal found that it had no jurisdiction to review the decision of a delegate …”.
2. Paragraph 26, line 1 – “At hearing of the appeal” should read “At the hearing of the appeal …”.
3. Paragraph 29, line 4 – (see CB 44) should read (see AB 77).
