1 On the cover page, in the list of authorities, delete ‘United States Surgical Corp v Hospital Products International Pty Ltd (unreported, Supreme Court of New South Wales, McClelland J, 13 October 1981), cited’ and in its place insert ‘United States Surgical Corp v Hospital Products International Pty Ltd (unreported, Supreme Court of New South Wales, McLelland J, 13 October 1981), cited’.
