CORRIGENDUM
1. In the cases cited on the cover sheet of the judgment and on page 21 paragraph 47 of the Reasons for Judgment, delete “Secretary of State for Trade and Industry v Deverall” and replace with “Secretary of State for Trade and Industry v Deverell”.
