CORRIGENDUM

1 In paragraph 15 on page 4 of the reasons for judgment the word “justice” in the last line should be replaced with the word “injustice”. The sentence should read: “It is flexible, it is elastic and it is designed ultimately not to see injustice done in the conduct of a litigation.”
