CORRIGENDUM

1. The orders pronounced on 29 August 2006 incorporated an order that the orders made by Federal Magistrate Coker on 22 April 2005 that ‘the costs of the administration of the estate of the applicant including the transfer back to the applicant of any real property, be fixed in the sum of $15,000.00’ and that ‘there be no order as to costs’ in relation to the proceedings before the Federal Magistrates Court are set aside and in lieu thereof the court made orders recited as orders numbered 1 to 7 of the written published orders and order 1 of this Corrigendum shall be treated as order 8 of the orders made on 29 August 2006.

2. The orders pronounced on 29 August 2006 incorporated an order that the appellant has leave to amend the notice of appeal in terms of the document described as exhibit ‘JNC1’ to the affidavit of James Nicholas Conomos filed on 29 November 2005 and order 2 of this Corrigendum shall be treated as order 9 of the orders made on 29 August 2006.
