CORRIGENDUM
1. On the covering front page of the reasons for judgment at the second line of the list of legislation delete “Federal Magistrates Court Act 1999” and in its place insert “Federal Magistrates Act 1999”.
2. On page 4, paragraph 10, line 11, delete “Federal Magistrates Court Act 1999” and in its place insert “Federal Magistrates Act 1999”.
3. On page 4, paragraph 11, line 6, delete the word “initiated” and in its place insert the word “instituted.
4. On page 4, paragraph 12, line 1, delete “s 86AA(4)” and in its place insert “s 86(4)”.
