1. On the orders page, order 3, delete ‘second respondents’ and insert ‘third respondents’.
2. Page 40 of the judgment, [125], second last line, change ‘to such’ to ‘to make’.
3. Delete all references to ‘Ayres Rock’, throughout the Summary and Judgment and insert ‘Ayers Rock’ instead, except in the quote at [431].
