CORRIGENDUM
1 In paragraph [39], delete the last sentence, and replace it with:
‘Alphapharm’s contention, on the other hand, is that there was already a therapeutic good containing that active component, escitalopram, namely, citalopram hydrobromide, which had been registered on 9 December 1997 under the brand name CIPRAMIL.’
