CORRIGENDUM
In the Reasons for Judgment of the Honourable Justice Finkelstein delivered on 14 September 2005, the following amendments should be made:
1. At para 19, line 6, delete the word “little” and in its place insert “a somewhat reduced”.
2. At para 19, line 7, delete the words “the plaintiff” and in their place insert “a subscribing shareholder”.
