CORRIGENDUM
Amendment to the Reasons for Judgment of the Honourable Justice Weinberg delivered on 16 August 2005.
In the quote at [8], delete the heading “The Second Deed of Licence”and the text that follows that heading up to the end of the quote.
In the quote at [13], insert the words “deterrent to the Respondents; and” at the end of par 60(a)(ii) of the quote. Paragraph 60(a)(ii) of the quote at [13] of the Reasons for Judgment should read:
“(i) the importance of any order operating as a substantial deterrent to the Respondents; and”.
In the last sentence of [24], insert the word “in” before “NW Frozen Foods”.
In the first sentence of [35], replace “$226,497.08” with “$226,497.84”.
