CORRIGENDUM
In the judgment of Justice Conti delivered 12 May 2005 please make the following amendment to the Orders:
Please delete the contents of Order 1, which presently reads:
‘The application for an extension of time within which to file an application for leave to appeal, and any consequential appeal which may otherwise be on foot, be dismissed.’
And replace it with the following:
‘Application for leave to appeal refused..’
