In the Reasons for Judgment delivered by Justice Goldberg on 2 March 2005 please make the following amendment:

1.         Page 22, paragraph 78, third line

“ … $4,486,346 for the year ending 30 September 2002”

replace the year “2002” with “1999” so as to read:

“… $4,486,346 for the year ending 30 September 1999”
