CORRIGENDUM - REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

1                     In the Reasons of the Honourable Justice Selway delivered 16 April 2004 add to the parties as Respondents ‘Barbara Fergusson and Anne Edwards’.

2                     On the Orders page, Orders numbered 1 and 2 to be amended to read:

1.         The application for leave to appeal is refused.

2.         The applicant pay the costs of the respondent the State Ombudsman of South Australia in relation to that application; that the costs be fixed at $500.00.
