CORRIGENDUM

1                     Substitute the reference to ‘Johnstone, K.’ on the front page of the judgment and in paragraph 43 with ‘Johnston, K.’.

2                     Delete the word ‘the’ preceding the words ‘trade mark’ from the first sentence of paragraph one, so the sentence reads:

‘On 3 December 2002, the applicant became the owner of the registered trade mark “LIVING WATER”, registration number 812514 (‘the trade mark’)’.

3                     Insert the words ‘in a number of’ after the word ‘in’ and before the word ‘classes’ in the last sentence of paragraph one, so the sentence reads:

‘The trade mark has been registered in a number of classes including class 32:  bottled water, spring and mineral water.’

4                     Insert ‘(2003)’ into the citation of Anheuser-Busch Inc v Budejovický Budvar, Národní Podnik, in the list of cases cited on the front page of the judgment and in paragraph 26, so the citation reads:

‘Anheuser-Busch Inc v Budejovický Budvar, Národní Podnik  (2003) 56 IPR 182’.
