CORRIGENDUM

1.         In par 763, in the first sentence, delete the words “A document” and insert the words “An important document” so that the sentence now reads:

            “An important document in relation to designation, is the memorandum before the PSB of 10 April 2001.”

2.         In par 769, in the last sentence, delete the word “delegate” and insert the word “designate” so the sentence now reads:

“In view of the extensive consultation process which had taken place prior to the memorandum and the decision to designate, I do not accept this proposition.”
