Amend the Reasons for Judgment of the Honourable Justice Dowsett delivered on 5 November 2002 ([2002] FCA 4131) as follows:

1.         On the front page, towards the bottom:

Delete

and in its place Insert:

2.         On the Orders page and the Reasons for Judgment page:

Delete

and Insert
