CORRIGENDUM
- In the first sentence of par 2, the word “order” should be replaced with the word “orders”.
- In the third sentence of par 48, the comma after the word “contract” should be deleted and replaced with a semicolon.
- In the third sentence of par 93, the word “which” should be deleted so that the sentence says “The written submissions supplied will remain with the file”.
- In the last sentence of par 93, the word “statutory” should be deleted.
