In the Judgment of the Honourable Justice Jacobson delivered on 2 July 2002 make the following amendments:

1                     In paragraph 3 of the courts orders, replace “ paragraphs 56-58 of the judgment” with “paragraphs 48-50 of the judgment”.

2                     On page 11 of the judgment delete “and Mr P Renehan” from the reference to Counsel for the Respondent and insert immediately after the reference to Counsel for the Applicant: Mr B McClintock SC.
