CORRIGENDUM TO REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
- On page 3 paragraph 10 (a) of the Short Minutes of Order of N 925 delete “defendant” and insert “respondent”.
- On page 2 paragraph 3 of the Short Minutes of Order of N 924 should read
“knowingly concerned in the contraventions” not “knowingly concerned the contraventions”.
- On the covering front page of the reasons for judgment at the bottom insert
