CORRIGENDUM TO REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

 

1.      On page 138 of the Reasons for Judgment the phrase in paragraph 444 should read “a reaction to the retailer being insolvent” and not “a reaction to the retailer being insolent.”

 

 

 

 

 

2.      Date of Order of N 925 of 1999 should read “14 December 2001” and not “14 Decemeber 2001”.

3.      On page 2 of the catchwords page delete “N925 of 2000” and insert “N925 of 1999”.

4.      On page 2 of the catchwords page delete “N924 of 2000” and insert “N924 of 1999”.

2                     In the second bullet point under the sub-heading “Piracy” in paragraph 85 replace the word “therefor” with “therefore”.

3                     In the first bullet point under the sub-heading “Retail Market” in paragraph 85 replace the word “be” with “we”.

4                     In last sentence of paragraph 119 replace the words “Mr Whales” with “Mr Whale”.
