CORRIGENDUM
In the Reasons for Judgment handed down 24 August 2001:
1. Delete the word “quite” mentioned in par 6;
2. Replace the phrase “finding facts” in paragraph 8 with “findings of fact”;
3. The sentence in par 8 starting with the words “[t]he decision-maker”, should read as follows: The decision-maker in this case – while one might say, hinting that the relationship was a contrived one – did not make any firm findings and this not withstanding evidence, not on its face implausible, completely to the contrary.
