The judgment of the Court dated 10 July 2001, is to be amended as follows:
1. At the end of paragraph 71 after the sentence for count 9 add the following:
Count 10 - 3 months imprisonment (concurrent with the sentence for count 9)
2. Pursuant to O35 r 7(3) of the Federal Court Rules add the following to order 2, following the sentence for count 9:
Count 10 - 3 months imprisonment (concurrent with the sentence for count 9)
