CORRIGENDA

In the Reasons for Judgment of Justices Hill, Drummond and Goldberg dated 11 May 2001, please amend the following:

1.                  Paragraphs 6 to 32 (inclusive) should be re-numbered to become paragraphs 3 to 29 (inclusive);

2.         In the certification clause, “thirty-two (32) numbered paragraphs” should be replaced with “twenty-nine (29) numbered paragraphs”.
