CORRIGENDUM
1 In the reasons for judgment handed down by the Court on 31 May 2001, in the reasons of Stone J, the following amendments should be made:
· In paragraph 23, line 1, the references to pars [3] and [4] should be amended to read “[17] and [18]”.
· In paragraph 24, line 8, the reference to par [17] should be amended to read “[32]”.
· In paragraph 29, line 1, the reference to par [3] should be amended to read “[17]”.
· In paragraph 31(a) the reference to par [14] should be amended to read “[30]”.
· In paragraph 32, line 2, the reference to par [4] should be amended to read “[18]”.
· In paragraph 33, line 1, the reference to par [15] should be amended to read “[31]”.
