CORRIGENDUM
In the Reasons of the Honourable Justice Kiefel delivered 30 March 2001:
(a) Delete Order 1 entirely and replace it with the following:
“1. The respondent is fined the sum of $200,000 for its contempt of Court, to be paid to the Registrar of this Court.”
Orders 2 and 3 are unchanged.
(b) Delete Order 4 entirely and replace with the following:
“4. The respondent pay to the applicant its costs of the whole proceedings, such costs to be taxed on an indemnity basis.”
