CORRIGENDUM
1. In the reasons for judgment of his Honour Justice Cooper delivered 22 December 2000 [2000] FCA 1923, Declaration number 2 contained in the Orders should be deleted and replaced with the following :
“2. The first, second and third respondents have engaged in conduct in contravention of s 298P(3) of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) on 26 February 1999”.
2. In the reasons for judgment of his Honour Justice Cooper delivered 22 December 2000 [2000] FCA 1923, paragraph 68 declaration number 2, should be deleted and replaced with the following :
“2. Declare that the first, second and third respondents have engaged in conduct in contravention of s 298P(3) of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) on 26 February 1999”.
