CORRIGENDUM
His Honour’s Reasons for Decision dated 16 October 2000, are to be amended as follows:
On page 2, paragraph 3, line 2, the words “…NSW Diary Corporation” should read as “NSW Dairy Corporation”.
On page 5, paragraph 9, line 5, the words “…Mr Butt’s Land Law” should be read as “Professor Butt’s Land Law”.
On page 15, paragraph 26, line 2, should read as follows “…Connolly J found that the irrigators would cost tens of thousands of dollars to remove and that some damage would be done to the equipment.”
