CORRIGENDUM

In the Reasons for Judgment handed down by Chief Justice Black on 16 October 2000, please note the following amendments:

·        In paragraph 4, the word “agreed” in the last sentence should be changed to “argued”; and

·        In paragraph 13, the words “their” and “and” should be inserted into the first sentence and the word “operations” changed to “operation” so that, as amended, it reads: “It should also be noted that whilst the Judicial Review Act and the Freedom of Information Act are each comprehensive in their scope, some areas are excluded altogether from their operation and this is achieved by specific provisions.”
