CORRIGENDUM

Please note the following changes in the reasons for evidence ruling published 28 July 2000.

1.         Add to page 2 of the Orders the following:

            “5.        Liberty to apply.”

2.         Paragraph 58, page 25 – replace the sentence beginning “It is a further requirement of the law…” with “It is a further requirement of the law that before the Minister makes a declaration that will adversely affect interests of the State or Territory in which the area is located, and property interests of individuals, the holders of those interests are to be accorded procedural fairness.”
