1 In the reasons for judgment handed down in this matter by Justice Einfeld on 4 May 2000 the following minor amendments should be made:
Page 1, paragraph 1, line 2: Substitute “applicant” for “respondent”.
Page 2, paragraph 5, line 7: After the word “Examination”, substitute “or” for “of”.
Page 2, paragraph 5, line 4: Substitute “are” for “is”.
Page 2, paragraph 6, line 2: Substitute the phrase “arises or would arise here” for the phrase “arises here or would arise”.
Page 2, paragraph 6, line 4: After “the Federal Court of Australia Act” and before the comma, insert “(s. 4)”.
Page 2, paragraph 6, line 7: Substitute “said” for “held”.
Page 2, paragraph 6, line 9: Substitute “to be” for “as being”.
Page 2, paragraph 6, line 10: Insert the word “be” after the word “ordinarily”, and omit the final word “a”.
