In the Reasons for Judgment of His Honour Justice Spender delivered 17 February 2000 [2000] FCA 224:

Item 1:At paragraph 28, line 2, delete the word “that” where it first appears;

Item 2:             At paragraph 40, line 2, delete the words “having a Warrant of execution issued under” and substitute therefore “issuing a bankruptcy notice based on”;

Item 3:             At paragraph 42, line 2, delete the word “reserve” and substitute therefore “reserved”.
