In the reasons for judgment published by the Full Court on 30 November 1999 the following correction should be made:
1. Where the heading of the action appears on the first page of the reasons for judgment and on the two pages stating orders in each appeal, the words "On Appeal From A Judge Of The Federal Court Of Australia" should be inserted after the file number in the heading; and
2. The words "Understatement of the amount due …" through to "… compliance with the notice" inclusive, in the quotation contained in paragraph 15, should be deleted.
