CORRIGENDUM
Amendment to the reasons for judgment with citation Aktiebolaget Hässle v Alphapharm Pty Ltd [1999] FCA 1390, delivered by the Honourable Justice Lehane on 12 October 1999.
1. The final sentence in par 11 is deleted; in its place is inserted: “It is appropriate, I think, that that order be dealt with in the same way as the earlier orders.”
