1.         In the descriptions of the parties in the headings:-

            (a)        Delete all references to “Applicant” and insert “Applicants”.

            (b)        Delete all references to “Applicant Creditor” and insert “Applicants”.

            (c)        Delete all references to “Respondent Debtor” and insert “Respondent”.

2.         On p 12:-
