Amendment to the orders made for Reasons for Judgment delivered 20 May 1999 as follows:

1.         A sequestration order be made against the estate of Derek Hughes and Sandra Anne Hughes.

2.         Mr HolbrookÕs costs of and incidental to both applications including all reserved costs be taxed and paid out of the estates of  Derek Hughes and Sandra Anne Hughes.

3.         Kim David Holbrook be appointed as trustee of the estate of Derek Hughes and Sandra Anne Hughes subject to a consent to act being filed on 20 May 1999

Please note that para 80 on page 23  should read: ÒIn all of the circumstances of this case, I am not satisfied that Mr and Mrs Hughes had sufficient cause to fail to execute the Deed as allegedÓ.
