CORRIGENDUM
At paragraph 9 of his Honour's reasons for decision, in the last line of the quotation from Weinberg J in Gnanapiragasam v Minister for Immigration & Multicultural Affairs [1998] FCA 1213, the words "to another country" should be deleted and the words "by another country" substituted so that the line reads "…without such status having previously been accorded by another country."
