CORRIGENDUM
In the Reasons for Judgment of Justice Merkel on 21 December 1998. On the last line of page twenty-nine (29) and the first two lines of page thirty (30) the following sentence should be deleted:
“Central to the answers to these questions is the RRT’s failure to directly and clearly raise with the applicants the most substantive issue upon which their application depended, namely whether the two letters were fabricated and construed by them to help their case.”
