CORRIGENDUM
In the Reasons for Judgment of Justice Merkel on 18 December 1998. In the final paragraph of page ten (10) the description of Trade Mark No 63697 should read:
“Trade Mark No 63697 registered as at 24 April 1934, in class 32 in respect of beverages and syrups for the manufacture of such beverages.”
