CORRIGENDUM
In the reasons for judgment published by the Full Court on 13 November 1998 the following amendment should be made:
Change the judgment distribution from “NO QUESTION OF PRINCIPLE” to “GENERAL DISTRIBUTION”.
At page 4, second last line, after “other”, insert the following:
