REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
HIS HONOUR: This matter was listed this morning for directions. There has been no appearance by either party. According to the Court file the solicitors formerly acting both for the applicant and for the respondent have each ceased to act and the respondent is in liquidation.
The matter therefore cannot proceed against the respondent without leave to proceed being obtained and in the circumstances I am simply going to order that the matter be struck out.
