1.         Page 4, line 21, delete “Ballantine” and insert “Ballantyne”.

2.         Page 9, line 21, delete “doe” and insert “does”.

3.         Page 11, line 2 of the first quotation, insert “so” after the word “do”.

4.         Page 12, line 25, delete “Commissioner” and insert “Electricity Corporation”.

5.         Page 20, line 2 delete “implies” and insert “applies”.

6.         Page 29, Counsel for the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth Intervening should read:

            “Mr K. Pettit and Mr M. Moshinsky”.
