CORRIGENDUM
Change the last paragraph on page 12 to read:
“The orders made by North J on 11 February 1998 should be set aside and instead there should be an order that the applicants’ motion be dismissed.”
Change the third Order of the Court to read:
“3. The orders made by North J on 11 February 1998 be set aside and that in lieu thereof it be ordered that the applicants’ motion filed 6 February 1998 be dismissed.”
Delete the fourth Order of the Court.
